REGISTRATION .
We can offer our Standard Incorporation package for each jurisdiction we deal with. It includes preparing and filing of Standard Instruments of Incorporation such as Memorandum & Articles of Association, Articles of Organization, by-laws etc. Individual solutions are also possible, if the special demands are made to the company.
After the incorporation process, if necessary, we can apply for the company to be registered within tax authorities and others.
We take into account the wishes and intentions of clients while the documentation is in process. We know principal requirements of banks and other institutions, where the documents can be provided. In most of cases documents should be legalized by Apostille to use them in countries which are joined to the Hague convention of 1961. If desirable, documents can be translated into Russian from English, Spanish, and German by our interpreters with the Notary Certification.
It is possible from our side to deliver the set of document to any place in the world by mail or courier service.
We aim to approve all Registration procedures clearly and rapidly. Our terms of Registration don't exceed 1-2 days in the most of jurisdictions.
